Return and Refund Policy for Zee Adventures
1. Acknowledgement
Please read this policy carefully before booking your adventure with Zee Adventures. By making a booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy. Travel services are often non-refundable as they are purchased in advance from third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.).
2. Customer Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, the refund amount will be determined based on the time remaining before the departure date and the policies of our suppliers.
· More than 60 days before departure: You will receive a full refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $150 per person and any non-recoverable costs from suppliers (e.g., permit fees, special activity deposits).
· 30 to 60 days before departure: You will receive a 50% refund of the total tour cost.
· Fewer than 30 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
Please Note: Cancellations for airline tickets will be processed based entirely on the fare rules and refund policy of the operating airline. Any refund for flight cancellations will be solely determined by and dependent on the amount the airline returns to Zee Adventures.
To cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email at info@zeeadventures.com.
3. Zee Adventures Cancellations
We guarantee all scheduled departures once a booking is confirmed. In the unlikely event that Zee Adventures must cancel a tour for any reason (e.g., natural disasters, political instability, or failure to meet minimum group size), you will be offered:
· A full credit for a future tour, or
· A full refund of all monies paid to Zee Adventures.
We are not liable for any incidental expenses you may have incurred in preparation for the trip (e.g., visas, vaccinations, non-refundable flights).
4. Unused Services
No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portions of a tour, including but not limited to accommodations, meals, sightseeing, or transportation, whether voluntarily missed or due to late arrival or early departure.
5. Changes & Force Majeure
Zee Adventures is not responsible for refunds or costs resulting from cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, terrorism, weather, natural disasters, or pandemics. In such cases, we will work with our suppliers to secure refunds where possible, but cannot guarantee them. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.
6. Booking Changes
You may request a change to your booking date more than 60 days before the original departure, subject to a $100 change fee per person and any price differences or fees imposed by suppliers. Changes requested within 60 days of departure will be treated as a cancellation and are subject to the cancellation fees above.
7. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@zeeadventures.com. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 30 business days.
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance with cancellation coverage at the time of booking.
